Qualifications:
- PTA/OTA diploma or Kinesiology degree preferred
- Previous experience working within a clinic setting as an OTA/PTA is an asset
- Personal, friendly demeanor with excellent relationship-building skills
- New Graduates are welcome to apply as well as those with 1-3 years experience working in a similar role
- Open to new learning experience with our experienced team of clinicians
Key functions and responsibilities:
- Assisting physiotherapists with client care; including the use of ultrasound equipment, exercise programs etc.
- Administrative duties, as required
- Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals
- Collecting outcome measure data
- Maintenance and cleaning/sterilization of medical equipment
- Inventory of clinical supplies
