Job Summary:The Junior Optimization Service Manager at Syntax plays a vital role in supporting client partnerships by assisting in the delivery of SAP optimization services. This entry-level position focuses on enhancing operational efficiencies, contributing to continuous application improvements, and supporting innovation efforts, serving as an integral part of the Client Center of Excellence team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing a portfolio of Syntax Global SAP Optimization Service clients, ensuring service delivery aligns with business needs.
Support daily operations, including planning, communication, and issue resolution to meet service level agreements.
Collaborate with senior SAP consultants to help deliver effective solutions that enhance client business processes.
Help compile and present performance reports to clients, discussing service levels and challenges.
Participate in continuous business improvements in SAP applications, following client methodologies and Syntax’s agile practices.
Required Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in ERP projects or related fields.
Basic understanding of core SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, PP, SD) and their integrations.
Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or SAP Solution Manager is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in best practices (ISO, ITIL, COBIT, Six Sigma, Lean IT) are advantageous.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn about managing client expectations.
Flexibility to travel for client relationship building as needed.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; IT degree preferred.
Relevant project management or SAP methodology certifications are a plus.
