Why This Role Is Important The Senior Manager, Savings Products will be accountable for the overall strategy and business outcomes for the PCMA Savings account. Using data, customer insights, and financial modelling, the incumbent will own P&L for savings and drive strategic planning for the product. This role will also be accountable for delivering results with 3rd party partnerships. What You’ll Do: Own the overall savings strategy for PCMA customers Take ownership and accountability for driving profitable growth by owning key customer engagement and usage KPIs and using data and insights to prioritize the most attractive initiatives to pursue Lead cross functional teams to plan, execute and monitor progress against annual business plans Leverage analytical toolkit to drive business case development and channel management, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational oversight Design, implement and maintain a customer attrition management program to identify those who go dormant and provide the right incentives to win them back Partner with Credit Risk to own the strategy and execution for the Overdraft feature on PCMA, driving adoption and usage in a risk optimized fashion Take a big picture strategic lens to build a plan for how to best leverage PC Financial strategic assets including our in-store Pavilions and the PC Optimum program Execute programs with existing PCMA third party partnerships / vendors Partner with Fraud and Risk teams to define and implement a variable limits strategy for PCMA money movement to optimize the trade-off between mitigating risk and improving customer experience What You Bring Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Product Management, Digital, Strategy or Marketing domains Strategic thinking and thought leadership to identify and communicate business opportunities Experience with developing & implementing customer centric strategy & tactics Ability to thrive in fast paced environment dealing with ambiguous business challenges Strong communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Excellent analytical skills with the proven ability to synthesize data to derive key strategic insights Independent worker who can proactively identify and execute against top priorities Passion for conceiving, creating, and designing useful, innovative products/solutions Experience identifying various business problems or product flaws and coming up with creative solutions Experience in banking and payments with specific deposits experience considered a big asset Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships University degree in Business, Commerce, Mathematics or Engineering An MBA from a recognized institution will be considered a strong asset Come and join a winning team who demonstrates innovation, energy, creativity and vision.
