Job Description
This role contributes hands-on analysis and clear storytelling that help senior stakeholders understand performance and guide business decisions. The Senior Analyst translates complex datasets into actionable insights, partners with technical teams to ensure data quality, and supports measurement across digital channels. The role blends analytical rigor, curiosity, and collaboration to support clients across a variety of data-driven needs.
What You’ll Do:
• Perform hands-on analysis and deliver insights for senior-level audiences
• Define data requirements and collaborate with database specialists to support business questions
• Support data collection and measurement across digital channels
• Communicate findings clearly to internal and client stakeholders
• Apply quantitative techniques to help improve performance and decision-making
Qualifications
Required:
• 5+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with large, multi-dimensional datasets
• 3+ years working with web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics
• Familiarity with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium, or Ensighten
• Experience analyzing digital marketing channels such as media, CRM, or mobile apps
• Knowledge of statistical analysis principles and methods
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
Desired:
• Experience working with WebTrends or SiteCatalyst
• Ability to connect analytical findings to business outcomes in client-facing settings
• Experience with predictive modelling or marketing optimization approaches
• Strong communication skills for explaining analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams with data and measurement needs
• Curiosity for new analytical methods, tools, and emerging digital-measurement approaches
