Role & Responsibilities
Define and lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for product launches and new features, in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Partner with the CTO and Product team to translate product capabilities into clear market narratives, positioning, and value propositions.
Develop and maintain competitive intelligence to inform messaging and sales strategy. Create and deliver sales enablement materials including decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, and battle cards that equip GTM teams to win.
Build and scale customer storytelling through case studies, success videos, and value/ROI narratives that demonstrate measurable business impact.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product optimization, expand use cases and new growth initiatives.
Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and expansion into new use cases.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CX to ensure consistent messaging across all touch points.
Own value communication to ensure every channel and stakeholder understands how Supermove drives outcomes for enterprise customers.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience
5–10 years in product marketing, solutions marketing, product management or sales enablement at a B2B SaaS company (enterprise or mid-market ideally).
Proven track record developing corporate and/or GTM strategies, value messaging, and enablement programs that drive measurable outcomes.
Experience partnering directly with Product and Engineering teams and bonus points if you’ve been a PM or worked very closely with them.
Experience crafting ROI/value frameworks and customer success stories for enterprise buyers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
