What this job involves: JLL seeks a dynamic Project Coordinator for a national account to support the Project Management team in delivering a variety of capital projects and improvements. This strategic role requires strong independent judgment to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage complex workloads while ensuring seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison, providing reliable and professional on-site support at the client's office in Mississauga. You'll thrive in our collaborative environment while maintaining autonomy to make critical decisions that support project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction. What your day-to-day will look like: Proactively coordinate project related issues on account Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects Conduct and document all weekly project meetings Coordinate and track all Vendor Request For Proposals (“RFPs”) Maintain accurate and consistent files and documentation Coordinate the activities of sub-contractors and the relocation of technical functions Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projects Required Qualifications: Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management 3+ years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate projects Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook) Ability to prepare and track budget Ability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment (may require on-call activity after regular office hours).
