Job Description
This role helps clients improve visibility across Organic Search and emerging AI Search experiences. The SEO Manager analyzes websites, audiences, and competitive landscapes to build strategies that support meaningful discovery and engagement. Working with partners across content, development, media, and client services, this role contributes insights and recommendations that help drive measurable growth.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop SEO and GEO strategies based on keyword research, site analysis, and market insights
• Diagnose technical SEO issues and collaborate with development teams on solutions
• Monitor Organic Search and AI Search performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Advocate for SEO and GEO best practices with client teams and internal partners
• Work with content, development, and marketing teams to implement and refine strategies
Qualifications
Required:
• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Experience using AI tools or workflows to improve SEO efficiency and outcomes
• Strong understanding of analytics, SEO principles, and technical troubleshooting
• Ability to communicate complex SEO or GEO concepts clearly to clients and teams
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and common content management systems
Desired:
• Experience with structured data markup and related best practices
• Knowledge of GEO or Audience Insights tools such as Profound or SparkToro
• Familiarity with emerging GenAI search trends and applications
• Ability to work independently while contributing to collaborative team environments
• Experience supporting new business opportunities or client education
• Curiosity for evolving search technologies, analytics, and digital innovation
