As a Billing and Solutions Administrator, you’ll play an important role in supporting accurate monthly invoicing and assisting both the Information Solutions and Accounting teams with administrative, data management, and system administration tasks. You’ll work closely with various departments to help maintain financial accuracy, support system integrity, and contribute to efficient business processes.

Position Responsibilities
Here’s what your day-to-day looks like:
Accounting
Prepare monthly invoicing and required paperwork for customers
Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and account information
Maintain and update the customer database with new and revised information
Information Solutions
Set up new projects in CRM, Jonas and ProjectSight according to project type
Set up Internal/External work orders in Jonas
Complete data entry tasks to facilitate monthly financial reporting through Business Intelligence software
Act as a System Administrator for application software, managing users, groups, and activities
Ensure data integrity by accurately inputting information into the document management software system and cross reference with Job information, CRM, Jonas and ProjectSight
General Administration
Serve as a back-up for both the Accounting Clerk and the Business Process Administrator
Complete special projects as required
Job Requirements
Our ideal candidate has the following:
Successful completion of a related College Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent related experience
Experience working in a similar role within accounting/finance and/or IT/Information Solutions
Experience with CRM, Jonas, ProjectSight, and Business Intelligence software is an asset
Intermediate-level computer skills in Microsoft Office and/or Microsoft 365, especially Word, and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task to meet scheduled and unexpected deadlines
Strong organizational, decision making and time management skills
Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills
