What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team and accelerate our acquisition and demand generation efforts across five core regions: Canada, United States, Australia, United Kingdom, and the EU.
This role will support our Head of Growth Marketing in executing and optimizing performance-driven marketing programs spanning paid media, SEO (including AI-driven initiatives), and web optimization.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our campaigns deliver measurable impact on lead quality, quantity, and pipeline growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Paid Ads Support
Assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and messaging.
Monitor daily campaign performance, adjust bids/budgets, and report on ROI.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad assets align with brand and performance goals.
- SEO (Including AI SEO)
Support ongoing SEO efforts including keyword research, content optimization, and technical audits.
Implement AI-driven SEO strategies (e.g., automated content generation, internal linking, and schema optimization).
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions by region.
Partner with content and product teams to identify new growth opportunities from search insights.
- Website Support
Manage day-to-day updates and improvements to the company website (WordPress/Webflow or similar CMS).
Collaborate with design and dev teams to improve UX, conversion paths, and performance metrics.
Implement and monitor tracking pixels, tags, and analytics integrations (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Hotjar).
Ensure localization and compliance across regions.
What You Bring
Required Experience & Skills:
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, or LinkedIn).
Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent).
Familiarity with AI SEO tools (Surfer, Jasper, Frase, or ChatGPT-based workflows) is a plus.
Comfortable using web analytics, A/B testing tools, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical mindset — you love using data to inform decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Previous experience working in an agency environment considered an asset.
Compensation and Benefits:
This role is based in our Vancouver office, with the ability to work hybrid (set days in office for collaboration).
