Position Purpose
This is a 24-month program consisting of three 8-month rotations at three of the Lindt NA companies (Ghirardelli, Lindt (USA), Lindt (Canada) & Russell Stover). The goal of the program is to provide a fast-track experience that prepares you for an impactful role in one of the Lindt companies upon completion. Your learning-based journey provides hands-on training in Commercial Finance, Operations & Manufacturing Finance and Accounting. The program provides a strong foundation for career growth while offering multiple ways for you to make an immediate impact. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on the rotation & position
Trainee will support their respective teams in running reports, supporting month end responsibilities, and any ad hoc analysis required:
Prepare Monthly standard reports
Participate in sales & operating expense planning process
Support the preparation of forecast & planning submissions
Trainee will focus on a series of learning & development activities in each rotation to:
Better understand the business (Commercial, Operations & Corporate controlling)
Develop their financial acumen (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, etc.)
Develop their professional skillset (Communication, Collaboration, Influencing, etc.)
Gain cross functional exposure (i.e. Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.)
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
Previous Finance Co-op/Internship or other practical experience in a CPG industry preferred
Leadership experience, a plus (athletics, extra-curricular activities &/or community service)
Skills & Knowledge:
Motivated, collaborative team player motivated to make an impact
Must have the professional maturity, integrity, and ability to work independently
Self-starter who is results-oriented, innovative, and intellectually curious
Proven problem-solving skills and experience holding others accountable
Ideal candidate is open to/seeking opportunities to accel their career through international career opportunities
Other Requirements:
Willingness to relocate as needed for the program (Canada & U.S.)
Successful reference checks (two references required) for Lindt Canada
Background check and 10-panel drug screening for State of New Hampshire (Lindt U.S. rotation)
Background check and 4- or 5-panel drug screening for State of California (Ghirardelli rotation)
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check for rental vehicle use in the U.S.

Rewards Package
The standard hiring range for this role in Canada is $65,000 CAD per annum. For U.S. rotations, the final salary may vary based on market location.

For trainees who relocate for this program (and for subsequent career moves), relocation assistance will be provided, which includes:
Immigration assistance as needed

Excess baggage allowance
Rental car for the duration of the U.S. assignment
