Job Summary: The T&E Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the North American Travel & Expense (T&E) process, including administration of the corporate credit card program, ensuring compliance with company policies and providing exceptional customer support. This role involves overseeing Concur system setup and reporting, reconciling financial data, and supporting audits and compliance initiatives. What you’ll do Administer and coordinate the day to day on the corporate credit card program for North American employees, ensuring proper issuance, suspension, and compliance to T&E policies. Reconciliation of T&E data to accounts payable and treasury. Provide customer service by responding promptly to employee inquiries and resolving credit card disputes. Guidance on T&E processes while promoting continuous improvement and policy adherence. Collaborate with management to support audits, compliance initiatives, and lead T&E-related projects.
