Provide a higher and differentiated level of customer service and retention model, building loyalty and customer satisfaction, while maintaining current profitability. Develop strong business relationships with High Value Small to Medium (SMB) accounts to ensure a strong, long-standing relationship and assist Relationship Management in proactively managing client relations to improve service and performance. Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Reporting Relationship: You will report to Director, Account Management-SMB. Your Moneris Career - What you'll do Accountable for the SMB High Value Accounts processing combined credit volumes at a minimum of $7M in Canada Accountable and measured on retention percentage achieved of assigned portfolio of high value IB accounts. Provide regular progress reports to Leadership including portfolio management status, Salesforce reporting, analytical trends and overall health of relationships within the portfolio Support negotiating pricing. Working collaboratively with Marketing and Client Services to ensure pricing and relationship reflect the achievement of corporate goals Provide feedback to Marketing and Product Development on key products and/or initiatives required to close gaps in current product offering and/or in current client segment. Utilize a consultative sales approach, consulting with clients, ensuring achievement of individual financial goals by creating proposals and presentations targeted at solving our needs of prospects Production and delivery of pipeline and other related sales management information reports as assigned. Includes the creation and/or review of sales reports and forecasts, and ongoing status reports. Complete sales paperwork to ensure a seamless client Ongoing Relationship Management of assigned portfolio of merchants including business reviews and development of an annual portfolio plan which would integrate activities to the scorecard goals of the role. Be the primary contact for relationships and act as their business lead. Your Moneris Career - What you bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field of study. Relevant or equivalent work experience in a related field may be considered. 5+ years of experience in a Sales environment with 3+ years of experience in partner management or account management role. Experience managing external partnerships in a B2B environment. Experience with sales, marketing, and business development processes Advanced skills in Excel with the ability to create formulas and graphs. Proficiency in creating Power Point presentations to visualize data and ideas to communicate insights and strategies.
