Purpose of the role
Under the supervision of the Payroll Team Lead, the Payroll Assistant provides the administrative and operational support necessary for smooth payroll operations. They ensure follow-up on communications and the production of daily reports to guarantee accuracy and efficiency in payroll processes.
Key responsibilities
Manage the dedicated payroll email inbox, respond to requests, and ensure proper follow-up on files.
Generate daily reports and prepare tracking tables.
Produce and maintain payroll-related documents.
Follow up on payroll-related communications with employees and various departments.
Enter and update information in files (Excel, internal databases), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Work closely with the payroll team to meet deadlines.

Accuracy and attention to detail: Numbers and data hold no secrets for you, and you handle them meticulously to ensure information is correct while meeting deadlines.
Adaptability in a dynamic environment: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting where priorities change quickly and deadlines are critical.
Clear and discreet communication: You convey information concisely and professionally, both verbally and in writing, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Organization and priority management: You excel at managing multiple files simultaneously while maintaining high levels of precision and reliability.
Requirements
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Outlook).
Experience in administration or payroll support is an asset.
