Job Title: Technical Inventory Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support aircraft maintenance operations by managing parts, inventory, and related documentation. This role is critical in ensuring smooth workflows for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs) and maintaining compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
Review defect request forms and source required parts.
Organize parts on shelving by defect category for easy access by AMEs.
Perform accurate data entry into the ERP system for inventory tracking.
Process return paperwork for unused parts in ERP.
Liaise daily with AMEs to confirm defect requests and part availability.
Support QA audits by ensuring all paperwork is complete and compliant.
Manage the flow of parts from stores to AMEs, ensuring timely handover.
Maintain organized shelving systems for high-volume defect parts.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience in inventory management, including data entry.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Ramco is an asset).
Reliable transportation is required as there is no public transit on site.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Aviation experience is nice to have.
Technical writing experience with maintenance manuals or Aircraft IPC is a plus.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Collaborative team player capable of working with multiple teams.
Strong attention to detail, important for data entry and sourcing parts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills to efficiently organize parts and prioritize tasks.
Work Environment
The work environment is on-site, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm, including a 30-minute lunch break and coffee breaks. Parking is available, but reliable transportation is necessary as there is no public transit access. The role involves close collaboration with the stores team, which includes four members, and the planning team, which consists of three members.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
