Work Flexibility: Hybrid Work Flexibility: Hybrid On Site Location: 2 Medicorum Place, Waterdown, ON Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible) Summary: The Sales Compensation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administration of the sales incentive compensation programs including documentation, reporting, and first line issue resolution for the sales force. What You Will Do: Serve as the initial point of contact for sales representative inquiries, managing ticket assignment and first-level responses within the Forma ticketing system. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing to validate and resolve tickets and inquiries. Assist Analysts with regular audits to ensure accuracy and data integrity across Forma and related reporting tools. Manage sales representative reporting hierarchy, territory changes, and set-up across integrated platforms, including maintaining the internal sales rep master file. Coordinate set-up and maintenance of quotas, change processing, and PTQ report troubleshooting for all divisions. Support monthly validation of PTQ and Forma dashboards, troubleshooting discrepancies and working with Analysts, Divisions, and Forma to resolve issues. Maintain and communicate the compensation calendar to ensure commercial teams meet all deadlines. Coordinate annual award measurement criteria, partnering with Divisions and Forma to ensure accurate metric setup and timely delivery, and maintain Sales Compensation Training user guides. What You Need: Required: Post-Secondary Education or equivalent Preferred: University Degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources Related experience in an administration or coordinator role, preferably in Compensation or Sales Operations Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
