Foreperson with daily tasks including safety toolbox meetings, equipment
inspection, and road condition inspection reports Support Foreperson in the
planning of work to meet contractual milestones Monitor the quality of work
performed by the crew Operate equipment on work sites as needed Help ensure
health, safety, and environment related concerns are addressed promptly Work
outside in all weather conditions Qualifications Must be able to perform
physically demanding tasks Must possess a valid AZ or DZ driver’s license with
air endorsement Must provide a copy of a 3-year driver’s abstract Previous
experience operating a snowplow truck and/or wheel loader is a strong asset
Work Conditions Local applicants will be given preference due to the location
of the work As we respond to various weather patterns, some shift work, on-call,
and night shift will be required Work schedules will consist of either 5
consecutive days followed by 2 days off or 6 consecutive days followed by 1 day
off, with daily shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours (Shop specific) Union Position,
