The Work
The primary purpose of this position is to support the administration of Estates, Wills and Trusts by assisting with delivering timely, effective and efficient administration to the Department, and provide assistance to the Mortgage Trust Program (MTP) and general personal and corporate trust administration.

The Core Responsibilities!
Provide support to Sr. Trust Advisors with tasks they request to be completed
Accurate keying of information and transactions to the platforms, including receipt of funds, and payments from client accounts
Review new Wills and Power of Attorney and accurately update file information into the system of record
Prepare renunciation documentation for approval
Prepare letters or emails to accompany cheque for mailing, or notify client of EFT payments
Check obituary notices and compare to trust system for current client matches
Maintain filing standard and record/transfer files to offsite storage provider
Review and submit the daily cheque deposit summary for the department
Ensuring vendor invoices are paid and record invoices in organized manner for tracking
Tracking and ordering supplies for the department
Calling for necessary repairs on office equipment
Let's Talk About You!
Education:
Minimum Two (2) years experience in an administrative or support role
Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Working knowledge of estates, wills and trusts or working toward gaining an understanding and knowledge of these products
Skills
