Teaching Assistant, NUTR 210 Food Fundamentals and Preparation
In the appointment of Teaching Assistant, your general duties and responsibilities will be:
All TA duties will be carried out during the weekly NUTR 210 food skills labs:
Assist Lab Instructor with setting up the lab each week
Monitor and provide instruction to students where needed on proper food skill techniques, and to ensure food safety and clean up protocols are followed
Other duties as assigned during the lab that facilitate the smooth delivery of the weekly lab
Required Number of Hours: Up to 60 hours

Qualifications (Skills and Abilities):
Currently enrolled in the College of Pharmacy and Nutrition Graduate Program as a MSc or PhD.
Relevant food and food lab experience.
