Join our Team About this opportunity: The Senior Program Manager - Continuous Integration (CI) & Commercial Release (CR) will lead and manage end-to-end release processes for Ericsson's orchestration products and solutions across BOS. This role ensures timely and compliant product releases, drives CI/CD pipeline enhancements, and fosters collaboration across global teams. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of DevOps and Ericsson release processes with strong program management expertise, stakeholder influence, and agile leadership. What you will do: Act as the primary contact for Release Program Management for products and solutions across BOS. Ensure timely delivery of Product Releases (MRs, CRs, ODRs, Early Access, ICPs) aligned with business needs. Define and secure activities across functions/stakeholders (Development, SPM, Supply, CPI, 3PP, CM, Trade, Security, LSV, etc.) for planned releases. Ensure compliance with Commercial Release Checklist (PRM, PRT, Compliance Statements, Light House, EHBs, Commercial documents) in collaboration with R-SPMs. Manage CI/CD pipeline support and enhancement requirements, coordinating with global teams across multiple time zones (India, North America, Europe). Optimize resource allocation and ensure process adherence to SWPS guidelines and standards. Influence stakeholders and manage complex situations with tact and diplomacy. Apply Agile and SAFe principles, guiding Scrum Masters to adopt best practices, tools, and methodologies. Maintain and leverage tools such as JIRA, Kanban boards, MS Planner, Confluence for program tracking and collaboration. Deliver accurate status reports, dashboards, and metrics for diverse stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in release and DevOps processes What you will bring: 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in telecom or software product environments. Proven expertise in Ericsson's orchestration products (ECM/EOC, DXP) and associated release processes. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and related tools. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries. Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Kanban boards, and other agile project management tools. Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks. Ability to manage global teams and work across multiple time zones. Preferred Qualifications Experience in telecom product lifecycle management and commercial release processes. Familiarity with Ericsson BOS ecosystem and compliance frameworks. Advanced proficiency in dashboard creation and reporting tools. Certification in Agile, SAFe, or PMP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. What happens once you apply?
