Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a member of the executive leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic, operational, and visionary oversight across the organization’s financial, people and culture, and external affairs and communications functions. This role ensures the financial integrity and sustainability of the organization while ensuring that people and culture practices and internal and external communication and engagement uphold the very highest of standard of trust that CPABC enjoys today. The CFO will provide strategic advice to the CEO, Board, and senior leaders on efficient business operations, financial stewardship, and risk management and will play a pivotal role in aligning resources with organizational priorities, helping to position the organization well for the future.
