Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Digital Document Handling team provides critical document digitization of RBC forms/documents along with providing capabilities of electronic signatures and content storage. In this role you will be responsible for the design/development of these documents end to end along with supporting other technical and business teams on testing and deployment of these forms. As part of these deliveries, you will be part of a scrum lab that includes business systems analysts, QE testers, developers, scrum master or PM, business product owner and technical product owner. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Assist the business systems analyst on the analysis technical tasks Provide accurate effort estimation on all development work Attend standup meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks to the broader team Collaborate with business systems analysts, developers, QE testers, product owner, technical lead and business stakeholders on planning and delivery of development work Contribute to the ongoing technical upgrade and innovation of technical process improvement Support team members on ensuring project deliveries and timelines are met within budget WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Must have: 2+ years of experience in Angular, Springboot and Java, APIs/Apigee Strong understanding of development tools and practices with SDLC/DevOps Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to communication with stakeholders on various projects Ability to multi-task on multiple tasks/deliveries Nice-to-have: Familiarity with General and Generative AI along with prompt engineering Understanding of application and network security Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms What’s in it for you?
