Salary: $22.53 – $36.56 per hour (Non-Union Wage Grid)

What You’ll Do
Supervise and support Visiting Program Assistants and nursing staff.
Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and daily operations for efficiency and quality.
Provide clinical guidance, conduct audits, and assist with care planning.
Act as a key liaison between nurses, management, and clients.
Promote teamwork, integrity, and compliance with best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Education: RN or RPN diploma; member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Experience:
3–5 years in nursing or care coordination (required)
1–3 years in a supervisory role (preferred)
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities; proficiency in MS Office and electronic medical record systems.
Background: Community, home care, acute care, or LTC experience is an asset.
