We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (6 months’ contract) to provide outstanding support to customers and sales representatives by handling inquiries, processing orders and returns and ensuring timely resolutions with professionalism and care. Contract Full-Time (40 hours)
Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible); Hybrid
In this role, you will:
Respond to customer and sales inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure excellent service.
Process orders, returns, credits, and resolve delivery or invoice discrepancies efficiently.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems while ensuring timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with couriers and internal teams to track shipments and resolve issues.
Support sales representatives with product, account, and promotional information.
You have:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the health or nutrition industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Dynamics CRM experience an asset).
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
A professional, positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
