About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing & SEO Specialist to accelerate user acquisition and organic traffic growth through data-driven strategies. This hybrid role requires expertise in growth marketing tactics and search engine optimization to maximize visibility, conversions, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies across paid, organic, and referral channels.
Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings, organic traffic, and domain authority.
Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
Manage content strategy for blogs, landing pages, and other assets to drive organic growth.
Run paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and optimize for ROI.
Perform A/B testing on landing pages, ads, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to align SEO and growth initiatives.
Monitor analytics and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and growth marketing best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in growth marketing and SEO.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms.
Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
