Job Description What is the opportunity? Support the execution of HEF Digital Transformation within Home Equity Financing (HEF). Working cross functionality within teams across HEF, Operations, Risk, Digital, T&O etc to implement HEF Digitization objectives. Providing HEF with transformation insights and thought leadership leveraging subject matter knowledge and experience. What will you do? Act as a Product Owner, responsible for moving HEF business priorities forward Drive a strategic and transformational initiative with partners that have a deep subject matter knowledge across HEF products, policy, operations processes, systems and technology, credit risk and strategies, and/or regulatory knowledge Conduct value-for-effort assessments and provide HEF leadership with rationale for prioritization or trade-off decisions Design and influence target state processes, policies or solutions that address current state gaps and opportunities across the HEF value chain. Collaborate with broader teams to solicit input and build organizational alignment for proposed target state processes Constructively challenge and identify opportunities to improve and simplify our policies, collaborating with HEF Policy team and supporting rationale through data and analysis Develop documented business requirements and test case plans to implement new target state processes (i.e. initiatives, solutions, or new technology), working closely with Business Analysts, SMEs and Delivery leads across Digital and T&O Lead or support with various risk analyses to ensure that new processes conform to HEF and RBC Policy and regulatory requirements, including presentations to HEF or homeX Risk Forums, RTA documentation, etc. Support HEF Digital Transformation program with HEF knowledge and expertise (requirements, testing, defect triage, change management, etc.) Strategically manages key requirements and oversee implementations to: Ensure alignment with business strategies and operational requirements (i.e., implement to best align to our business strategies, is client-friendly, efficient, and commercially reasonable) What do you need to succeed? Must have: Ability to articulate insights and analysis leveraging data. Strong communication – written and verbal, as proposals, presentations and recommendations, advice/ counsel are often presented to senior leaders, and/ or Compliance, Law Group, Technology, etc. Strong relationship acumen and the ability to collaborate across multiple lines of business/operations teams, platforms and at an executive level Ability to articulate a business strategy and case supported by fact and data in PowerPoint Nice to have: 7-10+ years of experience in the financial sector, with large program implementation experience, and can drives strategies to delivery Prior HEF experience, particularly with Technology programs What’s in it for you?
