About the Role We’re looking for a highly customer focused and organized professional to join our team as Specialist, Licensing. In this role, you will process and manage vehicle titles and registrations, support incoming inquiries and requests, and assist with special projects for the Title & Licensing team. You will serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to client initiatives, internal efficiencies, and an excellent customer experience. What You'll Do Serve as Licensing Subject Matter Expert, partnering with Operations and Client Business Units to provide guidance, education, and updates during title and registration processes. Serve as a point of contact to communicate and resolve issues with other teams and provide coaching to junior Associates as needed. Assist team members as needed to ensure department goals and objectives are achieved. Understand and contribute to client initiatives, challenges, and objectives. Facilitate title and registration transactions for processing including ownership transfers, title corrections, lease assignments, name changes, and other scenarios. Follow processing procedures appropriate for each type of transaction and maintain accurate electronic title records. Monitor workflow queues, manage incoming project requests, and process Service Cloud cases to meet SLAs. Communicate with clients, vendors, and motor vehicle departments to research the location of titles and provide creative solutions supporting client initiatives. Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in title management projects and vault activities. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience. 3 years of professional experience in an office environment. Comprehensive understanding of US and/or Canadian licensing regulations and requirements. Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and perform work in office at least 3 days per week. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office products with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual preferred but not required 2–4 years of customer service experience preferred Technological aptitude and ability to learn new programs easily Self-motivated, disciplined, detail-oriented, and organized Location Current Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026. The hiring base salary range for this position is $62,600 – $86,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
