You’ll be joining the Pharmacy Consulting team to support the growth of the prior authorization program.
We are seeking a highly skilled bilingual Pharmacist to join our team, who is a highly motivated self-starter with an engaging and driven personality. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration of the Prior Authorization program as well as support management of clinical programs and providing pharmacy and clinical expertise to group insurance clients and internal teams. This candidate will work closely with our prior authorization and pharmacist teams, as well as, clients, internal teams, and stakeholders in the operations of the prior authorization program, as well as client support.

Leverage clinical expertise in the assessment of prior authorization requests and the support of clients and internal teams
Support the team with the operations of the prior authorization program by leverage experience of drug navigation and pharmacy benefit management expertise
Ability to use your experience to take initiative in troubleshooting, allowing you to effectively and efficiently identify problems and apply appropriate solutions
Consistently delivers high quality work, meeting internal quality expectation and receiving high satisfaction rates

Solid understanding of pharmacy and pharmaceutical landscapes and program offerings within the pharmacy benefit management industry
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. required
Licensed Pharmacist in relevant jurisdiction
Bilingual, preferred
3+ years of experience in a Pharmacy Benefit Management Industry or related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) including Microsoft Excel proficiency is an asset
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
