What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Project Coordinator within our Strategic Initiatives division. This position falls under our Corpay Cross Border line of business and is located in Vancouver, CA. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects across the Financial Services organization. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and SVP of Strategic Initiatives, this role provides hands-on experience in managing high-visibility projects, including business integrations and process improvements.

You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager, or SVP Strategic Initiatives and regularly collaborate the Commercial, Middle Office, and Back Office function.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Assisting in planning and executing strategic initiatives and business integration projects.
Coordinating project tasks, track milestones, and maintain detailed project documentation.
Supporting stakeholder communications and assist with executive reporting.
Helping identify risks and dependencies, escalating issues as needed to senior project leaders.
Conducting research, data collection, and analysis to support business cases and recommendations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, Technology, and Compliance.
Contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or a related field
Exposure to financial services, fintech, or corporate environments preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence).
Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team success with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
