Role Summary We are looking for a proactive Salesforce Administrator to serve as the "guardian" of our Salesforce environment. In this role, you will move beyond simple password resets to become a strategic partner to our Sales and Support teams. You will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring Sales Cloud and core CRM functionalities are scalable, secure, and easy to use. Key Responsibilities 1. System Configuration & Management Manage users, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets to ensure data security. Configure standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types. Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow. Handle routine system maintenance, including data storage management and sandbox refreshes. 2. Data Integrity & Reporting Monitor data quality and execute data migration/cleansing projects using tools like Data Loader or DemandTools. Design and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for sales leadership. Troubleshoot data sync errors between Salesforce and integrated tools. 3. User Support & Training Act as the first line of defense for user support tickets. Create and update training documentation (videos, guides) for new features or onboarding of new hires. Drive user adoption by identifying "pain points" in the current process and simplifying them. 4. Business Analysis & Strategy Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features. Translate business jargon into technical requirements. Qualifications & Skills Required: Experience: [2-4] years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Certification: Current Salesforce Certified Administrator credential. Automation: Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flow (ability to build screen flows and record-triggered flows). Soft Skill: relentless curiosity; you don't just fix the error; you find out why it happened. Preferred: Advanced Certification: Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder. Industry Knowledge: Experience in Environmental Services, Hazardous Waste, Industrial Services or similar industry. We thank you for your interest. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
