POSITION The Deal Desk Representative plays a critical role in supporting the sales cycle by ensuring pricing accuracy, contract integrity, and operational alignment across the organization. This role serves as the central point of coordination between Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal to ensure every proposal and contract package is accurate, compliant with discount governance, and delivered correctly the first time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable collaborating across multifunctional teams to drive stronger deal value and streamline contract execution. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and validate all proposals and order forms before they are sent to customers, ensuring complete accuracy. Enforce discount governance policies, ensuring all pricing, promotions, and exceptions align with corporate standards. Identify areas of risk or non-compliance and proactively resolve issues with internal stakeholders. Define and maintain product dependencies to ensure proposals accurately reflect required modules, add-ons, integrations, and billing relationships. Own and manage the internal scoping tool, ensuring pricing, configurations, product bundles, and dependencies remain accurate and up-to-date. Partner with Product and Operations to understand upcoming releases, platform changes, and updated scoping rules. Work closely with Sales, Product, Client Services, and Finance to ensure proposals and contracts adhere to internal process requirements. Ensure paperwork is presented correctly the first time by fully understanding internal operational workflows, contract requirements, and billing implications Support Sales in deal structuring conversations to ensure accurate scoping and appropriate value positioning. Identify and recommend cross-sell and upsell opportunities during the deal review process to enhance contract value. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to strengthen overall deal strategy and improve average deal value. Continuously refine deal desk processes to improve accuracy, streamline contract workflows, and reduce friction in the sales cycle. Maintain documentation related to pricing rules, product dependencies, approval workflows, and governance standards. Partner with Operations to improve the internal scoping experience and ensure reliable, consistent deal output. Assist with extended work hours during peak business periods JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, Revenue Operations, or related roles. Strong understanding of sales processes, contract structures, and pricing governance. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex product configurations. Experience with CPQ tools, pricing models, or scoping systems (preferred). Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Capable of creating processes to create resource efficiency and manage through systems.
