Sales Executive – North America
RentworksPlus+ – Car Rental Software
We’re hiring a Sales Executive – North America with a strong new-business hunter mentality to promote and sell RentworksPlus+, our next-generation car rental management platform. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch a new solution to market and directly influence how rental operators modernize their operations.
As a Sales Executive, you will manage the end-to-end sales process, from identifying prospects to closing deals, while helping drive the growth of RentworksPlus+ across the North American car rental ecosystem.

Our solution supports fleet management, rental agreements, maintenance tracking, reporting, payments, customer communications, and integrations with leading industry tools. The successful candidate will be based anywhere within commutable distance of our office in Saint-Laurent, Montreal!
What Your Day Will Look Like:
Identify and engage car rental operators through targeted outbound calls, email, LinkedIn outreach, and events
Conduct discovery calls to understand rental-operation workflows and uncover software needs
Introduce and sell RentworksPlus+, demonstrating how our platform improves operational efficiency, fleet utilization, customer experience, and profitability
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through demos, proposals, negotiation, and close
Support new clients through onboarding and activation
Maintain accurate CRM records and track performanceAct as a product expert and trusted advisor
Provide market and customer feedback to help shape the RentworksPlus+ roadmap
Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings, demos, and pipeline creation
About You:
Strong New Business Sales Hunter mentality is essential
3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or software sales
Experience selling software to operational teams is a major plus
Quick learner with an understanding of fleet management and rental workflows
Resilient, motivated, and able to handle rejection
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is a prerequisite, with an additional European language being highly advantageous
Legally authorized to work in Canada
