YOUR MANDATE
As a Coordinator, you will play a key role by collaborating with internal teams as well as external stakeholders. The primary objective of this position is to coordinate the delivery of creative content/assets designed for advertising campaigns and manage technical specifications.
EVERY DAY YOU WILL:
Be responsible for trafficking, which means preparing, verifying, and delivering creative assets for a campaign across various media platforms, ensuring that all materials comply with formats, technical requirements, and deadlines prior to launch.
Coordinate creative kickoff meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Create and manage technical specification sheets in collaboration with media teams.
Provide daily communication regarding the status and next steps for all pending, completed, or at-risk items.
Perform an initial quality control check of delivered creative content to confirm that all expected assets have been received and meet basic technical requirements.
Manage purchase authorizations and handle contract verification and signing.
Assist with budget management: collaborating with the internal budget management team, updating client budgets, reconciling invoices, etc.
Ensure rigor in financial and administrative management, delivering error-free work.
WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE:
A post-secondary diploma in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field, an asset
A curiosity about the industry
Interpersonal skills and a keen interest in teamwork
The ability to adapt to change and manage the unexpected
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and develop creative ideas
Rigorousness and attention to detail
Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written - As our global network deals daily with national and international clients, a level of English that enables you to understand and express yourself fluently in both French and English is a basic requirement for this role.
