Your work environment at EXP
We are currently seeking a C.E.T with experience in land development and municipal Infrastructure projects that include site grading, site servicing, stormwater management design and construction review
What a day at EXP has in store for you
Prepare preliminary and detailed CAD drawings associated with Land Development and Municipal infrastructure projects
Coordinate project drawings with project managers, CAD staff and others
Ensure that the projects' needs are met in a timely and effective manner
Work under the direction of Senior Staff and mentor junior CAD staff working within the division
Will have to alternate between two sites
What your experience looks like
Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from a consulting engineering office environment in Ontario
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a mandatory requirement, along with strong computer software skills in Word, Excel & MS Project
Familiarity with various Municipal & Regional design and drafting standards
Experience in preliminary and detailed design drawing preparation associated with Land Development and Municipal infrastructure projects
Independent, Organized and Motivated Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced turnaround environment
Reliable way to get to multiple site locations in remote areas.
The salary range for this role is $60K-80K Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
