We are looking for a Financial Planning Associate to join our team—a role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. Your role:
Responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning services to clients
Includes investment planning, risk management, tax strategies, and retirement planning
Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals
Develop tailored strategies to meet those goals
Monitor client progress over time to ensure continued success
Collaborate with team members
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial trends and regulations
What you bring to the table:
Expertise in financial planning, investment strategies, and retirement planning
Knowledge of tax strategies, risk management, and wealth preservation
Strong communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze financial data and present actionable recommendations
Proficiency with financial planning software and tools
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
CFP designation preferred, working towards CFP, or at minimum has an QAFP designation (at minimum)
Knowledge of Canadian financial regulations and compliance standards
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends

Your schedule: Monday to Friday – Hybrid
Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
