Regional Sales Manager – Central & Western Canada & Manitoba
Kadant Canada is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to oversee sales operations across central and western Canada, including the province of Manitoba.
This role requires approximately 60% travel and carries full responsibility for achieving revenue targets within the territory. Success will be measured through sales of equipment, optimization studies, steam systems, related technologies, and service offerings. The RSM will report directly to the Regional Sales Director.

Drive revenue growth across the assigned territory.
Develop and execute sales strategies for equipment, systems, and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct optimization studies and promote steam system technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications

Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven experience in sales or marketing of industrial products in a B2B environment.
Ability to work independently while managing all sales activities within the territory.
Solid understanding of business development, project contracts, and project management.
