WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for an enthusiastic Housekeeper to join our lively Renaissance team! This is a full-time role offering $19 an hour with a minimum of 30 hours per week—plenty of time to let your room-styling talents shine.
As part of our housekeeping crew, you'll be the behind-the-scenes star who keeps the Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel looking flawless. From refreshing guest rooms to adding sparkle to the hallways, your work helps shape unforgettable guest experiences.
As a Housekeeper, your stylish responsibilities include:
Ensuring all areas, including guest rooms and public spaces, dazzle with cleanliness each day
Staying current on reports and training to keep your skills sharp
Excelling in the Guest Response Program and offering exceptional guest care
Managing key control and Lost & Found items with accuracy and professionalism
Maintaining a polished, ethical, and friendly demeanor at all times
Keeping public areas spotless and welcoming
Following all safety procedures to ensure a secure environment
Completing checklists consistently and reporting issues promptly
Being punctual and ready to bring your best every day
Working seamlessly with other departments to create a unified guest experience
Delivering VIP-level customer service to all guests and vendors
Greeting passing guests with warmth and genuine care
Bringing a natural talent for cleaning and styling every corner to shine
Being a supportive, collaborative team player who helps create a positive atmosphere

WHAT DO YOU NEED
To shine in this role, you should have:
Reading Comprehension
The ability to understand and interpret work-related documents such as checklists and brand standards.

Customer & Personal Service Knowledge
