We’re looking for Part-Time Retail Fulfillment (Stock) Associate (Seasonal) to be at the heart of the customer experience and can provide a memorable shopping journey and amazing customer service bringing these great digital brands to life in a retail environment.
3003 Granville Street, Vancouver
Part-Time: Tuesday (10am-7pm), Saturday (9am-7pm), Sunday (10am-6pm)
In this role you will:
Be responsible for stocking shelves during product transfers
Maintain and replenish bedding accessories onto bedding wall
Ensure that all displays and shelves are organized
Refresh display beds to maintain visual appeal
Assist customers in locating products in the backroom
Support Sales Associates by fulfilling/writing up Shopify orders as required
Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to enhance the customer experience
The qualifications and experience we like to see:
Previous retail, customer service or merchandising experience preferred
Passion for aesthetics and strong organizational skills with attention to detail
A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment
Comfortable using point of sales systems and eCommerce platforms (i.e., Shopify)
Team oriented with excellent communication skills
Ability to work part-time (Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday)
