What you will do:
Provide day to day supervision and direction to our counter sales teams and lead by example
Provide day to day direction to our counter sales teams and lead by example
Work with Operations Supervisor to ensure cycle counts, blank bins, defectives and other operational tasks are completed as required.
Liaison between counter sales teams and other departments within the Electrical branch
Merchandise and set up appropriate displays for vendor promotions
Handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner
Provide information to customers about products, services, pricing, promotions, and delivery
Enter orders into the system
Fill customer orders promptly and accurately
Conduct stock checks for customers and other branches
Assist in shipping and receiving as required
General warehouse duties as required
