We are looking for a Scanning Assistant to join our team on a 5 month contract from February 2026 through June 2026 — a role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. Your role:
Prepare physical data for scanning and scan data per the firm’s procedures
Operate appropriate machinery and software in a consistent and professional manner to achieve firm’s objectives
Scan, track and verify various client documents and files into appropriate trackers
Managing filing system and documents in storage facility
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers and colleagues
Perform general office clerk duties and errands
Provide assistance to other staff and/or partners on various projects as required
Other duties as assigned
What you bring to the table:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience as an office assistant or in related field is an asset
Working knowledge of office equipment
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and all levels of staff
A professional and courteous manner
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to work well under limited supervision
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

Salary range: $20/hour
