This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable, maintaining tenant records, and providing exceptional service to tenants. The successful candidate will leverage systems such as Yardi, Workday, and SharePoint to manage financial transactions, lease administration, and tenant communications. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to uphold QuadReal’s standards of service and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Leverage Yardi system for accounts payable - code, verify and input of invoices, issuance of purchase orders. Prepare and reconcile monthly Visa transaction statements in Workday. Accounts receivable - reporting, support, and bank deposits. Prepare and provide tenant statements of account and ensure accuracy of posted rental charges, payments and chargebacks. Actively liaise with tenants on all accounts receivable matters and reconcile accounts. Read and understand leases to ensure accurate information is received and maintained. Distribute annual rental notices as well as year-end adjustment notices to ensure that terms of the lease agreement are met. Prepare and distribute tenant correspondences, such as letters and bulletins. Maintain tenant lists/files on SharePoint. Maintain and update contract schedule and various databases. Administer lease-related payments (i.e. tenant allowances). Monitor and follow up on QuadReal Connect requests to ensure overall service delivery is consistent with QuadReal standards. Correspond with tenants to ensure accurate insurance certificates/coverage. Maintain and update tenant contact information, including phone numbers, contact names and emergency contact information in CRM and Yardi. Liaise with tenants and facilitate timely communication. Embrace and proactively support QuadReal’s culture of environmental sustainability, and corporate and social responsibility. Other duties as directed by the Property Manager. Experience and Qualifications: 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role with an accounting and/or bookkeeping focus. Basic understanding of lease interpretation and real estate industry experience would be considered an asset. Post secondary education in a related field is preferred. Experience with Yardi is considered an asset. Excellent customer service skills and seamlessly collaborate. Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills. Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Strong oral and written communication skills in English, other language an asset. The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $72,000 - $74,000. The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
