Help drive the design and maintenance of data domains and products that meet business needs for AI and operational use cases Work with business stakeholders to create a consistent data dictionary, ensuring data quality and integrity across the organization. Provide senior leadership, direction and methodology for analysis, structure and storage of critical organizational data. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business requirements and data needs, using this knowledge to inform data product development. Monitoring and aligning to major organizational transformation programs and projects to ensure important data needs are anticipated and met. Overseeing the integrity and maintenance of WMC data. Reviewing and aligning to policies and procedures for collecting and managing organization data by RBC’s Data Management Office (DMO). What you need to succeed? Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, fostering collaboration and driving alignment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Understand of data and data models to translate operational system data into clear business data domains. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management lifecycle.
