Job Description
Our Heavy Vehicle Parts Division is looking for a Sales Manager.
Traction is a division of UAP inc., which is a Canadian leader in the distribution and merchandising of automotive parts and replacement accessories for cars, trucks and heavy vehicles.

Your responsibilities will be the following:
Lead efforts to increase TW sales by proposing and executing strategies.
Manage/lead a team of Territory Managers with the goal of meeting sales quotas and providing optimal customer service.
Conduct visits to key customers alongside Territory Managers.
Plan quarterly business reviews with our various banners.
Participate in budget preparation. Develop the annual TW sales plan and sales quotas for TW Territory Managers based on available sales data and budget objectives.
Expand our distribution network with our various banners.

Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales team management.
Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be working fluently with internal customers across Canada.
Availability to travel accros the province of Quebec and the Maritimes as well.
