are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Solution Consultant to drive the
adoption and success of our Checkpoint and CoCounsel Tax solutions. This role is
pivotal in demonstrating the value of our products to clients, guiding them
through the sales process, and fostering strong, lasting relationships. About
the Role In this opportunity as Solutions Consultant, you will: As a Solutions
Consultant specializing in Checkpoint and CoCounsel Tax, you will serve as a
trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. You will partner with
sales, product, go-to-market, and customer success teams to deliver tailored
demonstrations, uncover customer requirements, and articulate the value of our
Thomson Reuters Global Trade solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic
thinker with deep domain expertise and a passion for solving complex trade and
compliance challenges. Responsibilities Collaborate with sales teams to
understand client needs and present tailored solutions for Checkpoint and
CoCounsel Tax. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations,
effectively articulating the product proposition and delivering value to
prospective and existing clients. Utilize strong communication and
professional presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Guide clients through the sales process, actively participating in deal closing
and ensuring a smooth transition. Support RFP responses Identify and
understand client business processes to effectively position our solutions and
address their pain points. Leverage sales technology and web-based technology
to enhance sales efficiency and client engagement. Proactively identify and
resolve client problems, acting as a solution-oriented expert. Build and
nurture strong, trusted relationships with clients, fostering long-term
partnerships. Contribute to marketing efforts by providing product insights
and client feedback. Contribute presales assets by building and maintaining
recorded demonstrations in our Consensus platform Actively seek out and
embrace new challenges to continuously improve product knowledge and sales
effectiveness. About You You’re a fit for the role of Solutions Consultant if
your background includes: Proven experience in a Solution Consultant, Sales
Engineer, or similar client-facing role. Experience with Checkpoint Tax
Research platforms Strong understanding of tax and accounting principles, with
experience utilizing tax research and/or AI-powered legal research platforms
(e.g., Checkpoint, CoCounsel Tax) highly desirable. Exceptional communication,
presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex
concepts clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated ability to deliver value and
drive deal closing. Proficiency in understanding and analyzing client business
processes and Corporate Tax functions. A solution-oriented mindset with
excellent problem resolution skills. Experience with CRM software and other
sales technology tools. Familiarity with web-based technologies and their
application in business solutions. Strong relationship building and

The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. For any
eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash
compensation range for this role is $104,300 USD - $193,700 USD. For Ontario,
Canada, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $130,000 CAD -
$180,000 CAD. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors
including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration
given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a
comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive
benefits and other wellbeing programs. This is inclusive of both base pay and
