evolving business needs. The Sr. Marketing Strategist plays a critical role in
supporting the Chief of Staff and partnering with senior marketing leaders to
drive strategic and operational priorities. This position helps manage key
processes such as annual planning, leadership meetings, status reporting and
employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized,
adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment. They must be able to work independently while collaborating closely
with senior leadership. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft
PowerPoint and Excel, and proven experience managing projects under tight
deadlines are essential. About the Role In this opportunity as a Sr. Marketing
Strategist your key responsibilities will include: Support Marketing Leadership
Cadence: Coordinate and prepare materials for annual planning, quarterly
business reviews (QBRs), leadership meetings, town halls, and other key events.
Manage Strategic Planning Processes: Assist in developing and tracking OKRs,
priorities, and performance metrics to ensure alignment across the marketing
function. Enable Data-Driven Insights: Compile and analyze marketing performance
data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for leadership
decision-making. Drive Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with the Chief of
Staff and senior leaders to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and
maintain alignment with strategic objectives. Facilitate Change Management:
Support communication and engagement strategies that enable adoption of new
initiatives and cultural shifts within the marketing team. Lead Project
Coordination: Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement for
cross-functional projects, ensuring progress and accountability. Create
Executive-Ready Communications: Develop clear, compelling presentations,
reports, and narratives for senior leadership and employee engagement. Maintain
Operational Rhythm: Ensure consistent reporting and status updates across
programs, tracking progress against goals and identifying risks or blockers
early. About You You’re a fit for the role of Sr. Marketing Strategist if your
background includes: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business transformation, or
strategic planning Familiarity with annual planning processes and OKR management
strongly preferred Ability to influence and collaborate across complex,
cross-functional environments Strong executive presence with excellent
interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Exceptional written and verbal
communication skills; able to craft clear, compelling narratives Critical
thinker with the ability to synthesize information and connect ideas into
cohesive strategies Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel;
experience creating executive-ready presentations and reports Strong
organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities under

The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US
locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is
$72,100 USD - $133,900 USD. For Ontario, Canada, the base compensation range for
this role is $77,000 CAD - $127,000 CAD. Base pay is positioned within the range
based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and
experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of
a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive
benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an
Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
