Harvard Media is growing – and we’re searching for a driven, community minded Sales Executive to join our Yorkton revenue team. We help organizations tell their story, reach new audiences, and grow – and we’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities and delivering results.
What You’ll Do:
Proactively prospect, qualify, and secure new business across targeted industries and local markets.
Identify high-value opportunities through market insights, networking and active community engagement.
Serve as a champion for local business success, representing Harvard Media in the community.
Lead consultative sales conversations to understand client goals and build tailored marketing strategies.
Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM best practices.
Develop long-term partnerships that drive client success and contribute to organizational growth.
Negotiate and close new business contracts with professionalism and integrity.
Manage receivables and ensure account accuracy.
Act as an ambassador for our stations, brands, and marketing solutions.
Bring a hunter mindset with the drive to seek out and secure new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:
B2B sales experience with a professional approach to serving organizations of all sizes.
A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Highly organized, self-motivated and activity driven.
Media industry experience is an asset but not required; we’ll help build your media acumen.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data insights into meaningful client action.
Team-oriented with strong business acumen and a collaborative mindset.
Requirements:
Ability to work both traditional and non-traditional hours as needed.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
