What you will accomplish with us As a Telemarketing Agent, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Promote MRa insurance products to members of professional associations and corporations through targeted phone calls; Contact members by phone to schedule appointments with our representatives; Analyze the client files assigned to you; Enter client data and code calls in the system. What could accelerate your success in this role We are looking for someone who: Holds a high school diploma (DES); Has at least 6 months of experience in customer service and solicitation (call center experience is an asset); Is recognized for their energy and interpersonal skills; Stands out for courtesy and organizational skills; Demonstrates autonomy and attention to detail; Has basic computer knowledge.
