We're looking for a strategic program leader to architect and drive the success of our National Mobile & Home program — ensuring as many TELUS customers as possible enjoy the full value of both home and mobility services with us.
While our acquisition and base marketing teams focus on customer-facing strategies, you'll build the infrastructure that enables the organization to thrive. You'll own governance structures, performance management, data enablement, customer journey mapping, and capital investment oversight. Your work will integrate Mobile & Home outcomes into our business-as-usual operations, uniting diverse stakeholders around a common vision.
You'll lead a talented, multidisciplinary team across program management, business intelligence, financial analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Together, you'll translate performance data and market insights into frameworks that drive revenue growth, household penetration, and customer lifetime value.
Reporting to the Director, Commercial Internet and Mobile and Home, we're seeking a leader who thrives in ambiguity, champions cross-functional collaboration, and drives complex initiatives from concept to completion.
Performance Management & Governance
Establish, track, and socialize core KPIs that measure national Mobile & Home program health and growth such as M&H basegrowth, churn and ARPU and HH management
Support senior leadership with compelling performance updates, executive reviews, and strategic recommendations
Lead Mobile & Home target setting for acquisition and base management, interlocking with channel planning and home and mobility marketing teams on sales distribution
Monitor and report on the size and composition of Mobile & Home, home-only, and mobility-only customer bases, including penetration metrics
Drive weekly performance reviews covering gross adds, deactivations, and net growth
Data Strategy & Business Intelligence
Partner with Business Intelligence to advance Mobile & Home data capabilities and analytical insights
Advocate for dashboard evolution that reflects identified core KPIs and enables real-time decision-making
Champion new data sources that deepen understanding of customer opportunity and key segment composition
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy and execution
Program, Initiative & Capital Management
Collaborate with Value Proposition teams to evolve the Mobile & Home offering for TELUS customers
Drive sales system simplification and enhancements across mobile and home touchpoints
Partner with commercial and pricing teams to streamline and strengthen Mobile & Home value propositions
Lead channel-specific programs including compensation design, sales process improvements, and channel playbooks
Own and evolve the Mobile & Home bundling strategy, ensuring seamless enablement across the organization

7+ years in program management, commercial operations, or strategic planning roles within telecommunications, technology, or related industries
People leadership experience building and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with measurable business impact
Success driving organizational alignment and change management across diverse teams
