Job Description: The HRBP is part of an overall Partnership Model created to provide strategic human resources advice and leadership through analysis, support, guidance and resolution on a range of system, program and process matters.

Experience
Experience in multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment & labour law
3-5 years' experience in Human Resources
Licenses
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
Bachelor of Business Administration is acceptable
Bachelor of Commerce is acceptable
Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
Undergraduate degree/diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
