Simplified Workforce Now OnTheGo product—a Human Capital Management (HCM) system
providing Payroll, HR, Time Management, and Benefits Administration solutions
for clients with 1–50 employees.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain features within the Workforce Now product
suite.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business requirements and
translate them into technical solutions.
- Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to assess testing impacts, resolve
reported defects, and ensure high-quality releases.
- Investigate client-reported issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver
timely, high-quality fixes.
- Support new features during early adopter programs, ensuring smooth rollout
and issue resolution.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
Technical Skills
Development
- 3+ years of full time experience developing applications (front - end &
back-end).
- Strong proficiency with React and component-based UI development (custom
widgets, reusable components).
- Experience with modern Web 2.0 frameworks, including React/Redux, JavaScript,
and jQuery.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
- Strong understanding of Java and Spring Boot / Hibernate and experience
building Java-based applications.
Testing and debugging:
- Write unit test cases.
- Test and debug existing code to identify and correct errors or defects.
Professional Skills
- Strong Agile development experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; proactive in seeking clarity
and resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating
accountability and a strong quality focus.
- Flexible and willing to work outside normal business hours when necessary to
meet deadlines.
