About The Role
This is a full-cycle recruiting role. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process for high-volume roles from sourcing to closing offers. You’ll be one of the first Recruiters at GC AI, working directly with our CMO, Success, and Finance leadership to build world-class teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to help lay the foundational groundwork for hiring as we scale. We’re looking for a motivated startup operator who wants to take their career to the next level.
What You'll Do
Source, qualify, and hire top-tier talent for our Marketing, G&A, and Success teams.
Act as a strategic talent partner to C-Level executives
Track and report on hiring metrics
Manage multiple concurrent searches
Build job descriptions, interview rubrics, and process improvements
Use modern recruiting tools, including Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter
Represent GC AI as the face of the company in every candidate interaction
What You’ve Done
6+ years of recruiting experience
Experience working in an early-stage high-growth tech company
Proven track record of sourcing passive top-tier Marketing and G&A talent
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders while managing a high volume of candidates
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in using data to optimize recruiting
Self-starter mentality, thriving in fast-paced environments, and focused on execution
